District North Warranty / Refund Policy

Our Promise

At District North, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every pair of sunglasses we sell. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

Our Warranty covers;

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage

Our Warranty DOES NOT cover;

  • Regular wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Returns without damages

6 Month Satisfaction Guarantee 

To request a refund or replacement under our guarantee, customers must submit a claim through our email ([email protected]) and upload clear photos showing:

  • The full product 
  • A close-up of the defect or damage 
  • Screenshot or image of receipt
  • Select a reason category: Damaged During Shipping Manufacturing Defect / Product Damage 
  • Provide their order number and a brief description of the issue

All claims are reviewed then if approved, District North will issue either a replacement product or store credit equal to the original purchase price.

Conditions: 

  • Proof of Purchase within 180 days
  • Must include all original packaging 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs 
  • Returns will not be handed out unless damaged during shipping or a manufacturer defect

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
